Price Protection, Prepay and budget Plan
If you make payment within 7 calendar days for oil and propane deliveries at our current competitive rates, a discount of 10 cents per gallon may be deducted from the invoiced price.
We offer an oil price protection program, which allows you to buy gallons of oil at a specified price to be delivered to you on our automatic delivery route. You must pay the entire contract amount at the signing of the contract. Since this program is a locked in price, the discount for payment within 7 days does not apply. Current heating season contracts are setup during the months of July and August. Call the office at 428-3333 with any questions.
We also offer an oil budget program which allows you to purchase oil at a locked in price, but instead of paying the total amount up front the amount is distributed into eight payments. Call the office at 428-3333 with any questions.
The propane budget account allows our propane customers to estimate their annual heating costs and make ten even payments. The propane would be charged at our current competitive price, but if there is a credit balance in your account to cover the charges at the time of delivery, you would automatically receive the 10 cent per gallon discount.
